Esther Moskovitz, LCSW, is a social worker dedicated to healing relational trauma. Through her specialized practice, she empowers individuals to heal emotional wounds and rebuild their connections with themselves and others - with kindness, compassion, and healthy boundaries. Recently, Esther has been exploring the transformative power of dance and somatic work, recognizing their pivotal role in facilitating healing and restoring wholeness to her clients' lives. Additionally, she recently became a certified Groove Provider, further enhancing her ability to integrate rhythm and movement into her therapeutic practices.
This groundbreaking class merges dance and journaling, combining the healing power of somatic movement with introspective writing. Through curated dance movements, participants tap into their body’s innate wisdom and embody their experiences. Simultaneously, expressive writing exercises deepen self-reflection and emotional exploration. This holistic approach that deepens self-connection, personal growth, and healing, is supported by qualified professionals in a very safe, nonjudgemental environment. Tap into somatic wisdom, explore and connect with emotions, and experience deep healing in this transformative class.
Just about any woman ages 10-100 who has the will and desire to access this amazing tool.
Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes
You do NOT need to be at any specific fitness level. This movement is for everybody!
The Rhythmic Reflections experience is often available available in person; however, this event only allows for participation via zoom.
Sure. It can be a fun and meaningful experience.
Not a problem. In order to ensure emotional safety during the dancing, you will be invited to turn off your camera if you choose to.
Yes. In addition, for the sake of safety - only registered participants can join the group. We want to make sure nobody besides women in the group can watch!
All music is carefully chosen to make sure that it not only will it provide for a most effective journaling experience but that it is also appropriate for the standards of a frum woman.
Yes. For the sake of emotional safety, you will be asked to turn ON your camera for the talking and journaling segments of the group. (Yes, it will be on, off, on, off. That's just what it needs to be.)
The full price for the class is $50. However, in order to allow for equal access to all we have a "Pay what suits you best" scale.
